Document Description
The applicant is proposing to establish an off-highway vehicle track on a portion of a 6S-acre tract (APN's listed above-See NOD), zoned Primary Open Space (OS-I) by the Marysville Land Usage Ordinance. The applicant is proposing to only develop areas necessary for the track surface and support facilities in order to minimize impacts and avoid sensitive habitat areas and wetlands. Conditions were imposed by the Planning Commission to ensure compliance with environmental standards and cooperation with other agencies.
