Document Description
The project proposes to replace the single ply roof and repair water damage to the roof on the Ukiah CHP office. Scope of work to include the new roofing over the autobay, new roof over the side entrance, removing and replacing the flashing at the roof crickets where the existing metal roof meets the autobay walls and the existing metal roof of the main building. This will restore the existing autobay roof to current safety standards.

The State confirms that no exceptions apply which would preclude the use of an exemption for this Protect.
