Document Description
The proposed project is the renewal of an existing Tideland Use and Occupancy Permit (TUOP) to Pier 32 Marina Group, LLC., (Tenant) for their use of approximately 17,928 square feet of land area for the rental of dry trailered vessel storage spaces located west of Marina Way and 32nd Street in the City of National City, California. The area proposed for use under this TUOP will be used exclusively for the purpose of the rental of dry trailered vessel storage spaces to the public and for no other purposes whatsoever without prior written consent of the Executive Director of the District in each instance. The site will provide storage for approximately 36 vessels on trailers ranging in total size from approximately 12 feet-long to 36- feet-long. The Tenant would be responsible for compliance with all laws and regulations associated with the activities on or in connection with the above-described premises, and in all uses thereof, including those regulating stormwater and hazardous materials.
