Document Description
The project has submitted a Site Approval application to expand an existing trailer manufacturing facility to include the construction of a 15,963 square foot trailer manufacturing building. The project site has direct access from South Mariposa Road, and proposes one (1) shift with thirty (30) employees. The project will be served by the California Water Company for public water service, and will have on-site facilities for storm water retention and sewage disposal. The project site is not under a Williamson Act contract.
