Document Description
The Project involves legislative actions to change the permitted General Plan Land Use on the 71.85-acre (net) Project site from residential to light industrial. Project also would involve the construction and operation of a industrial building with approximately 1,332,380 square feet of floor area. In addition to construction of the proposed building, physical improvements to the Project site would include surface parking areas, vehicle drive aisles, landscaping, water quality/detention basin, utility infrastructure, exterior lighting, walls, fencing and signage.
