Document Description
The Applicant proposes to construct a 7 -Eleven service station and convenience store with fuel canopy and four (4) fuel pumps which would accommodate up to eight (8) vehicles at a time. Ancillary improvements would include a lit monument sign displaying fuel prices, underground storage tanks (UST), trash enclosure, a water and air pump , parking lot, landscaping, utility transformer and undergrounding of overhead utilities, right-of-way improvements, and a biofiltration device.
