Document Description
The proposed project will include tenant improvement to Suite 303. This entails the removal of asbestos containing material and existing fluorescent lighting. The fluorescent lighting will be replaced with LED lighting fixtures and additional receptacles will be provided. Carpet tiles, ceiling tiles and wall bases will be replaced, in addition to the suite being repainted. Hardware for entry door into the suite, a new data rack patch panel, conduits and data cables, server room HVAC unit and a balance HVAC system will also be installed. This will allow an increase of workflow as the suite will be outfitted with upgraded systems.
