The Applicant proposes to restore the hydraulic capacity of Segunda Deshecha Channel by repairing and replacing the 600-foot long trapezoidal concrete channel. The existing channel has been compromised by concrete cracks, broken slabs, vegetation overgrowth, and debris piles during high flows. The project will remove and replace the existing trapezoidal concrete channel sectionally in-k ind.
