Document Description
UC Davis Health (UCDH) proposes to lease and conduct interior renovations to an existing building located at 10850 White Rock Road, Rancho Cordova, CA. This project entails the lease of an approximate 194,000 square foot existing building to serve UC Davis Health administrative and office uses. UC Davis Health will be the sole occupant of the entire structure. The scope of improvements include all architectural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, data communications, finishes, furnishings and equipment suitable for an office.

In addition, none of the exceptions for application of a categorical exemption apply to this project.
