Reasons for Exemption
The bicycle/non-motorized vehicle pathway project is not subject to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to the State CEQA Guidelines, California Code of Regulations, Title 14, Chapter 3, Article 19 Sections 15304(b) and (h) as the project consists of new landscaping and the creation of bicycle lanes on existing right of ways. No existing trees will be removed.
