Document Description
The proposed Lot Line Adjustment of two contiguous parcels of land with addresses of 20 Westgate Drive (APN 015-101-24) and 40 Westgate Drive (APN 015-101-23) will modify the boundary lines to accommodate construction of a new building. No new parcels are being created by this lot line adjustment and no changes in land use are required as a result of the proposed lot line adjustment.
