Document Description
The project renovates four office suites on the first floor of the East Wing of the UC Davis Health Main Hospital. When complete, the office suites will house medical units that are being relocated from the seismically deficient North/South Wing of the hospital. The project will be an interior renovation and include painting, new flooring, utility upgrades and HVAC improvements.

This exemption applies to the operation, repair, permitting, leasing, maintenance or minor alterations of existing public or private structures, facilities or mechanical equipment, involving negligible or no expansion of an existing use. In addition, none of the exceptions for the application of a categorical exemption apply to this project.
