The purpose of the project is to replace a structurally deficient and functionally
obsolete bridge spanning Swain Slough on Pine Hill Road. The Project consists of replacing the existing concrete bridge with a longer, single span, precast concrete I-girder bridge. This new bridge will provide two ten-foot wide traffic lanes and two five-foot wide shoulders with barrier rails along both sides.
