Document Description
Initial Study for Commercial Cannabis Cultivation project. The applicant is requesting approval to develop a commercial cannabis cultivation operation located at 23492 Jerusalem Grade Road, Middletown, California, APN 013-013-11. The project proposal is composed of eight (8) A - Type 3 "Outdoor" commercial cannabis cultivation areas that allow up to 43,560 square feet of canopy per license. The initial canopy area proposed is 40,000 square feet of canopy, and the applicant proposes to expand approximately 304,920 square feet of canopy area within the next year or two from approval. The total canopy area proposed is approximately 8 acres of canopy area. the applicant proposes to install a 10,000 square foot Agricultural Exempt Drying and Storage Facility, a 5,000 gallon water tank, and 11 employee parking spaces.
