This project is exempt under CEQA Section 15332 In-fill Development. This site is in compliance with General Plan and Zoning designations and meets the CEQA Section 15332 (a) requirements for exemption. The proposed development is on 2.84 acres of vacant land surrounded by predominately urban uses qualifying it for exemption under CEQA Section 15332 ) Title project site has no value habitat value as must be indicated per subsection (c). Approval of this project will not result in any significant increase relating to traffic, noise, air quality or water quality as stated in subsection (d). The site can be adequately served by all requires utilities and public services required by subsection ( e).
