Authorize issuance of a General Lease — Public Agency Use beginning February 28, 2020, for a term of 20 years, for continued use and maintenance of an existing fishing pier and 17 mooring buoys previously authorized by the Commission; and use and maintenance of two existing boat hoists, two product hoists, small office with an adjoining public restroom and shower facility, stairs, gangway, adjustable boarding platform, and National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration weather and tidal station not previously authorized by the Commission.

Issuance of a 20-year General Lease — Public Agency Use for the above-mentioned structure(s) will not cause a physical change in the environment and will not change existing activities in the area. There is no reasonable possibility that the activity will have a significant effect on the environment due to unusual circumstances. Therefore, the project will not have a significant effect on the environment and the above categorical exemption(s) apply(ies).
