Document Description
The project proposes to install standard 8-foot shoulders, provide 20-foot Clear Recovery Zone (CRZ), and rehabilitate the drainage system. The project will construct embankments with 4:1 side slope, except where adjacent to standing water (PM 35.5 to 36.5) where the side slopes may be reduced to 2:1, and place rumble stripe on both edge of way (ETWs).
