The scope of work includes removing and replacing failed PCC slabs, striping, rebuilding the embankment, installing a debris rack, installing a manhole/junction box, placing HMA and AC Dike, installing erosion control and traffic control. This project is needed to avoid the failure or threat of failure to the transportation system and to prevent or mitigate the loss or impairment of life, health, property and essential public services.
