Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0147-RS, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Lupe Guzman. The purpose of the project is to conduct remediation and removal of non-native fill material ( concrete debris) that was placed along the northeastern/eastern bank of Todd Barranca. Following the removal of the non-native fill material the slope shall be hydroseeded and replanted with native species for stabilization and remediation of the slope.

Class 33 section 15333 consists of projects not to exceed five acres in size to assure maintenance, restoration, enhancement, or protection of habitat for fish, plants, or wildlife. This project will remove non-native fill material and restore the area with native plant species to provide habitat for wildlife.
