The City of Sacramento has established the Aggie Square Public Financing Authority (PFA). The PFA approved formation of the Aggie Square Enhanced Infrastructure (EIFD) on April 13, 2021. On April 20, 2021, the PFA approved the City of Sacramento Aggie Square Enhanced Infrastructure Financing District-Infrastructure Financing Plan which identifies the facilities to be funded by the EIFD.
