LRDP Land Use: Ambulatory Care, Education/Research/Hospital/Open /Space/Parking/Support
The 2020 LRDP Update proposes general types of campus development and land uses to support projected campus population growth and enable expanded and new program initiatives. The proposed Aggie Square Phase I project consists of approximately 1,384,500 gsf of building space for education, research, residential and commercial uses and parking structure space.
