Document Description
The 2020 LRDP Update will propose general types of campus development and land uses to support projected campus population growth and to enable expanded and new program initiatives. The proposed Aggie Square Phase 1 project consists of approximately 1,150,000 square feet of building space for education, research, residential and commercial uses and parking structure space. The Replacement Hospital Tower includes demolition of the existing tower and construction of approximately 600,000 800,000 gsf east of the Main Hospital complex's Surgery and Emergency Services Pavilion, plus approximately 100,000 gsf of renovation.
