The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has amended Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-KER-22827-R4), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, the project Applicant, California Department of Transportation, has requested the Streambed Alteration Agreement be amended to reflect project changes. This Major Amendment No. 1 addresses the addition of work activities outside daylight hours, the implementation of temporary stream diversions, and the dewatering of the Project Area.
