Document Description
This project is a Site Approval application for the wholesale distribution of propane. The project includes the installation of a 22,000-gallon propane tank. No buildings are proposed with this application. There is an existing 12,500 square foot building on the project parcel that is not a part of this project. No customers or employees will be at this location. Access to the site will be from the northwest corner of N. Sunrise Street and E. Heil Street. The site is served public water through water district San Joaquin Water Works District 2 and storm drainage through CSA 14 District. The site has an existing septic system. This property is not under a Williamson Act contract.
