The purpose of this project is to restore the roadway and stabilize the east-facing slope of a hairpin turn on State Route 9. Work will include trimming and/or tree removal of vegetation and trees and construction of a Soldier Pile Tieback retaining wall to restore the damaged roadway and facilities.
