Document Description
LAFCO 3233 consists of a request from the San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors to initiate proceedings to dissolve CSA 64 and for a new, local government agency to be named the Spring Valley Lake Community Services District (SVLCSD). If approved as proposed, the new community services district will have the authority to provide the following services: water, wastewater collection, street sweeping and solid waste. The proposed district would assume the water, wastewater and street sweeping services from CSA 64, as well as assume responsibility for solid waste services currently being managed by the County's Solid Waste Division of its Public Works Department.
