Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-08582-R6, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Zohnson & Co., or as represented by Tak Au. The project is limited to work associated with road paving in and adjacent to an ephemeral stream at the junction of Columbus Street and Yucca Road. Project activities will include paving an approximately 300-foot long by 30-foot wide portion of Columbus Street along the western border of the parcel and paving an approximately 510-foot long by 30-foot wide portion of Yucca Road along the northern border of the parcel. Project implementation will result in impacts to 0.05 acre of Fish and Game Code section 1602 resources.
