Document Description
Construction of a new PFAS treatment facility to be installed at the District's existing extraction well site within the Serrano Water District maintenance yard to remove PFAS contaminants from Wells 3 and 5. The facility features an ion exchange system to remove PFAS and also includes bag pre-filter and chloramination disinfection systems. Existing pipelines within the Project site were reconfigured to connect extraction wells 3 and 5 to the filtration equipment. The facility will treat up to 3,200 gpm of water from the wells and deliver it into the District's distribution system.
