Document Description
Leech Lake Road (15.1 miles) will be decommissioned by stabilizing the existing roadbed and associated fill, removing thirty-one culverts and associated fill, installing waterbars and out-sloping roadbeds and trails as needed, subsoiling and jack-strawing trees for approximately 400 feet at the beginning of the road to discourage motorized traffic and improve recovery of native vegetation, and installing barriers and signs.
