Document Description
This project will complete due diligence and planning for the purchase of a 1,539 acre property located along Lake Clementine on the North Fork of the American River. The project will develop planning documents such as an appraisal, title report, Phase I Environmental Site Assessment, Mineral Rights Review, technical surveys, and management plans. The intent is for the property to be managed to increase recreational opportunities associated with the Auburn State Recreation Area, protect natural resources and provide community protection from wildfire impacts.
