Document Description
Pavement dig-outs, up to four inches, will occur at various locations. A thin blanket overlay of hot mix asphalt (0.1 inches) will be placed over the entire roadway. Dirt shoulder backing will be placed up to three feet from the edge of pavement. This project is preventative pavement maintenance.
