Document Description
Caltrans Maintenance is proposing to place a rubberized hot mix asphalt (RHMA)-gap graded overlay as a form of preventative maintenance in Lake County. The purpose of the project is to maintain the pavement in good condition and the reduce the frequency of repairs. All work will be in the existing State right of way.
