The proposed Project involves exterior rehabilitation and interior renovation of the single-screen movie theater (Crest Theater) into a live performance venue for a maximum capacity of 299 patrons (Nimoy Theater). The Crest Theater is a City-designated Historic-Cultural Monument (No. 919). Seismic upgrades will be made, new (more efficient) building systems will be installed.
