Document Description
The proposed project would develop an approximately 19.49-acre project site on four contiguous parcels located between Burbank Avenue and McMinn Avenue in the Roseland neighborhood in southwest Santa Rosa. The park is designed to preserve and enhance the habitat values of the existing grassland, oak woodland, riparian and purple needle grass habitat areas on the site. The project includes trails and interpretive signs, two pedestrian bridges, a nature center, restrooms, picnic areas, outdoor classroom or community garden, play area, multi-use turf area, shade structure, sports court, and parking lots.
