Document Description
The proposed project would result in the demolition of existing office and industrial space and redevelopment of the project site with three residential buildings totaling approximately 466,000 square feet of gross floor area with a maximum of 483 residential units, as well as approximately 2,100 square feet of commercial space, associated open space, circulation and parking, and infrastructure improvements. A total of 512 unbundled parking spaces would be included within two two-story parking garages integrated into the apartment buildings. A total of approximately 95,569 square feet of open space would be provided on the project site, including an approximately 12,557-square-foot pedestrian paseo.
