Document Description
Forest Lakes Mutual Water Company annually installs and removes flashboards within an existing concrete flashboard dam. The flash boards impound Boulder Brook to fill an existing 4-acre foot reservoir to provide water for local fire protection. The Permittee has previously submitted Notification of Lake or Streambed Alteration #1600-2015-0077-R3, which was approved by operational law on October 25, 2016. This Agreement will extend the time the flashboards are installed from October 31 till there is a sustained rainfall of 2-inches.
