Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0747-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Steven DeMarco. The scope of activities consists of remediating existing Fish and Game Code Section 5650 violations for placement of deleterious materials that have or may enter waters of the state (Project). The Project is comprised of the replacement of one existing culvert, armoring an existing road surface, spillway armoring for an existing rainwater retention pond, and improvements to two seasonal stream crossings.
