Document Description
The Project entails a Schedule "D" subdivision to create 13 single family lots on 70.3 gross acres. The County of Riverside Planning Commission adopted a mitigated negative declaration ("MND") for the Project and approved the Project on August 7, 2019. The County of Riverside Board of Supervisors received and filed the Planning Commission's Notice of Decision relating to the Project on September 24, 2019.
On November 4, 2019, the Board of Directors of the Western Riverside County Regional Conservation Authority, as a responsible agency for the Project under the California Environmental Quality Act ("CEQA"), considered the MND that the County of Riverside (as lead agency) prepared for the Project, made Responsible Agency findings for the Project, made a criteria refinement determination under the Multiple Species Habitat Conservation Plan ("MSHCP"), and adopted and accepted certain MSHCP criteria refinement findings.
