Document Description
A chip or scrub seal will be installed up to a foot beyond the edge of the traveled way and a fog seal with then be applied from edge of pavement to edge of pavement. Highway markings will be replaced as needed. This project will extend pavement life and reduce long term maintenance costs.

in Kern County. The sections of US 395 are from post miles (PMs) 6.9 to R9.9 and from 58.2 to 69.8.
