Variance to construct an approximately 3,500 square foot two-story residence with attached garage. The original request included a front setback 35 feet from the centerline of traveled way where a front setback of 75 feet from the centerline of traveled way is normally required, and a side setback of 7.5 feet on western property line and 7.5 feet on the eastern property line where 30 feet is normally required. The request has been revised to allow a side setback of 5 feet on the western property line and 10 feet on the eastern property line.
