Document Description
The proposal is to place a temporary sales/marketing trailer with temporary parking in support of the proposed Ovation Senior Living/Well quest Granite Bay Development that is currently under construction. The size of the trailer is approximately 24' X 44' and would be situated in front of the development adjacent to Sierra College Blvd. 20' back of the right-of-way. The temporary parking would include a total of 4 parking
stalls with 1 being ADA and an ADA path of travel to the trailer. Access to the trailer parking would be through the proposed driveway to the project.
