Document Description
Develop a portion of a 33-acre parcel for a cannabis cultivation project. The proposed project would construct a 19,500 sq ft. metal grow building, a 24,000 sq ft. metal grow building, and one 4,000 sq ft. processing and harvest storage building. Cultivation will occur inside 300' setbacks from all property lines. All impacts to biological and cultural resources will be lowered to less than significant effects by including all mitigation measures as Conditions of Approval for the the issuance of the Conditional Use Permit.
