The project site is at 21591 Lemon Street, City of Wildomar in Riverside County and encompasses Assessor's Parcel Numbers (APNs): 366-170-058, 366-170-005, and 366-330-011 . The project site adjoins Lemon Street to the south and is located in the northwestern portion of the City of Wildomar, west of the lnterstate-15 (1-15) . The proposed development includes construction of a new 17,601 square foot church building with a seating capacity of 1,200 seats; construction of a 9,792 square foot office and classroom/meeting room building; continued use of the existing church building on the site as a multipurpose building; removal of existing modular classrooms; and the reconstruction of a parking lot to increase available onsite parking by 234 parking spaces.
