The proposed Lot Line Adjustment of two contiguous parcels of land with addresses of 151 Kearney Street (APN 018-471-02) and 144 West Lake Avenue (APN 018-471-03) will transfer approximately 4,849± square feet of land from 151 Kearny Street to 144 West Lake Avenue and 2,222± square feet of land will transfer from 144 West Lake Avenue to 151 Kearney Street. The Lot Line Adjustment proposes to correct a structural encroachment of an existing building on APN: 018-471-02.
