Document Description
Project consists of the transfer of 191 square feet of restored soft land coverage rights from Conservancy-owned land to the receiving parcels, identified above, on which an existing driveway will be reconstructed to an existing single family residence to meet fire department requirements. The transfer enables the receiving landowner to carry out the project without any net increase in the amount of existing land coverage in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
