Document Description
Project consists of the sale and assignment of 320 square feet of restoration credit, from Conservancy-owned land to a receiving parcel, on which an existing walkway and stairs will be reconstructed. The new walkway and stairs will be located on the same site as the replaced walkway and will have the same purpose and capacity. The assignment enables the receiving landowner to carry out the project without any net increase in the amount of existing land coverage in restoration credit within the Lake Tahoe Basin.
