Document Description
The Proposed Project would repair, renovate, and revitalize the existing Franklin Elementary School. Improvements would include demolition of a classroom building, a kindergarten building, and two existing portables in the northern portion of campus, and the construction of a new two-story 16,400 square feet classroom building in its place. In addition, the Proposed Project would modernize the remaining buildings on the school campus, which would include repairing interior and exterior finishes, replacing doors and windows as needed, repairing and replacing deteriorating plumbing, and repairing sidewalks and ramps. The Proposed Project would not include any changes to the current number of students, student capacity, or staff.
