Project consists of the transfer of 46 square feet of potential land coverage rights from Conservancy owned land to a receiving parcel, identified above, on which existing utilities will be upgraded to California Public Utility Commission standards. The transfer enables the receiving landowner to carry out the project without any net increase in the amount of existing land coverage in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
