Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0314-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code, to Charlie Coleman. The project is limited to one encroachment. It replaces an undersized culvert with one sized to pass the 100-year flow and armors the inlet and outlet. Only grasses and forbs will be impacted, and work will occur when the creek is dry. The original notification described bank stabilization at a slide downstream and adjacent to this encroachment, however the proponent and CDFW agreed that work within the bed, bank, and channel is not necessary.
