Document Description
Madera County Public Works Department proposes to improve approximately 11 miles of Avenue 26 and 5.4 miles of Road 29. Pulverization, replacement of existing asphalt, establishment of two travel lanes with standard shoulders shall be constructed to bring the facility up to current safety standards. Culverts shall be extended or replaced as needed to stabilize drainage's and accommodate the newly established slopes. Center-line striping, and edge lines shall increase visibility as well as upgrades to signage and pavement markings. Mailbox upgrades to crashworthy posts shall be implemented along the facility throughout the project where needed.
